Upon downloading or utilizing the MilkTooth: Baby Teeth Tracker mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application"), you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, reverse engineer, or translate the Application into other languages are not permitted. All intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trademarks remain the sole property of Muammer Dev ("Service Provider").

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The Application offers premium features accessible via auto-renewable subscriptions processed through Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing (managed via RevenueCat). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account or Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscriptions at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication.

Usage & Responsibility

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and account access. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your mobile phone, as it could expose your device to security vulnerabilities, malware, and cause the Application to malfunction.

Please note that certain features, including premium status verification and advertisements, require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or mobile data allowance exhaustion.

Medical Disclaimer

The Application is a logging and educational tracking tool intended for informational use only. It does not provide medical or pediatric advice. The content and charts generated by the Application should not be used as a substitute for professional dental or medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Always consult a qualified pediatrician or pediatric dentist regarding your child's dental health.

Changes & Termination

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the Application, you agree to accept future software updates when offered. The Service Provider reserves the right to cease providing the Application or terminate its services at any time without prior notice.
