Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the MilkTooth: Baby Teeth Tracker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Muammer Dev (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information locally on your device to help parents track their baby's teeth development (such as baby name, birth date, gender, and tooth photos). This personal baby data is not uploaded to the Service Provider's servers; it remains on your device unless you use device-wide cloud backups (e.g. iCloud).

Advertising & Tracking

The free version of the Application may display banner and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. MilkTooth is configured as follows:

• Non-personalized ads only — we request ads that are not based on your personal interests or cross-app behavior.
• No cross-app tracking — the Application does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
• No IDFA use by MilkTooth — we do not use the iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Android Advertising ID (AAID) for personalized advertising or attribution within our app configuration.

AdMob may still receive limited technical information needed to deliver and measure non-personalized ads and to prevent fraud, such as:

• IP address (which may provide coarse, non-precise location)
• Device type, operating system version, and language settings
• Ad interaction data (e.g. impressions and clicks) in aggregate form
• Diagnostic and crash-related data from the advertising SDK

Premium subscribers do not see in-app advertisements.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) and managed via RevenueCat. RevenueCat may receive purchase and subscription status information linked to an anonymous app user identifier to validate your subscription and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details.

Other Third-Party Data

Beyond advertising and subscriptions, third-party SDKs used in the Application may collect limited technical information to provide app functionality and stability, such as:

• Crash and performance diagnostics
• Anonymous usage of app features (not your baby's name, photos, or health records)

Third Party Access & Data Processors

The Application uses reliable third-party services to display advertisements, process premium subscriptions, and improve app functionality. Below are the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob (Google Mobile Ads)
• RevenueCat (In-App Subscriptions)

Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

While the Application is designed to help parents track their babies' teeth development, the Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under 13 years of age. All data entry must be performed by a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent and discover that your child has directly provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us at muammerdev3@gmail.com so we can take immediate corrective actions.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided local data as long as the Application remains installed on your device. Uninstalling the Application will permanently erase all local records, including photos and baby profiles, unless backed up via device-wide system cloud backups.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. Since baby profile data and photos are stored in local device storage, overall security depends heavily on your device's security settings (passcode, biometrics, and system updates).

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any updates will become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
